Terms

• Resource — a website providing information, goods and tools for users within the Counter-Strike 2 game servers. The Resource includes access to game resources, updates, and the ability to interact with other players.
• Site — https://test.pressf.fun and its subdomains.
• User — a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, granted the right to use the Platform within the limits established by this Agreement.
• Platform — a term denoting both collectively and individually: the Site, software, game service, and each of the Games hosted on the Site and available for use by Users, all of their functionality, as well as components and elements of the Site, each software, game service and each Game hosted on the Site.
• Game — a computer online game, being a computer program, representing a set of data, commands and audiovisual outputs it generates, activated sequentially for the User to achieve a result foreseen by the Game scenario — either without payment (activated data and commands) or after a licence payment (inactive data and commands). The Game also includes game servers, in-game chat, shop, databases and other project resources related to the Game. To enter the Game, the User runs a set of data and commands on their computer ("the Game client", if provided by the functionality), while other data and commands (including inactive ones) or all data and commands except the Game client are hosted by the project on its servers.
• Game client — software required by the User to participate in the Game, installed by the User on their personal computer or other technical device needed to use the Game.
• Account — the User's account, which contains data about the User and grants access to the Platform, the User's information, settings, in-game values, statistics and similar information.
• Shop — a section of the Platform where the User can purchase Goods.
• Product — real-world material items offered by the Resource for purchase by Users solely for personal needs unrelated to business activity, whose range and characteristics are listed in the Shop.
• Subdomain — a domain that is part of a higher-level domain.
• SteamID — a unique numeric identifier of a Steam account. It can be represented in different formats, most commonly as a 64-bit account ID of 17 digits.

1. Subject of the agreement

This public offer (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is an official proposal by the Resource PRESSF (hereinafter — the "Resource") to a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement (hereinafter — the "User"), to conclude a contract on the provision of services granting access to the platform (hereinafter — the "Platform") located at https://test.pressf.fun and its subdomains.

By accepting this Agreement and using the Platform, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.

The Agreement is public under Article 426 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is equivalent to an "oral agreement" and has full legal force.

The Agreement is deemed concluded at the moment the User accepts its terms. Actual use of the Platform by the User, entering the Game through the Resource's server or using the Platform in any other way means the User accepts the terms and is equivalent to concluding this Agreement between the User and the Resource. The Resource may require confirmation of acceptance by a checkbox or other means not contrary to applicable Russian law.

The Agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the User enters the server, site or uses a product.

Pursuant to Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, full and unconditional acceptance of the public contract terms is the User's act of making a donation payment to the Resource.

By using the Resource, the User consents to this License Agreement and undertakes to follow the Resource's rules of use.

The terms of the Agreement apply to all Games and services while they are present on the Platform and available for use.

Disputes and claims between the User and other participants of the Resource (including the Resource itself) are resolved by the Resource if the matter falls within its competence. If the dispute cannot be resolved within the Resource, it is subject to resolution under the laws of the Russian Federation.

The Resource's Shop is an in-game system only and is subject to the project's rules.

2. Description of services

The Platform is a website providing information, goods and tools for users within Counter-Strike 2 game servers. The Platform includes access to game resources, updates, interaction with other players, and other functionality provided by the Resource.

All funds received from the User in favour of the Resource constitute voluntary donations and are non-refundable.

Monetary donations and shop purchases are solely the voluntary wish of the customer.

The Resource is not liable for payment transfer issues caused by other websites, payment systems, nor for issues arising through the fault of the User or third parties.

3. Service provision

Access to the Platform is provided to the User after creating an account on https://test.pressf.fun and its subdomains.

The User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the rules published on the Resource's website.

If the User violates the current rules, the Resource reserves the right to revoke the User's privileges.

4. Obligations of the parties

The Resource undertakes to provide access to the Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The User undertakes to use the Platform in compliance with the rules set by the Resource, and not to infringe intellectual property rights, third-party rights or applicable law.

5. Payment

Use of the Platform is free of charge, except for the purchase of products in the Shop described on the Platform.

All privileges available on the Resource are a reward for gratuitous support of the Resource.

6. Liability

The Resource is not liable for unintentional Platform malfunctions caused by force majeure.

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their account and personal information, and for using the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.

The User may use the Platform and access the Game only through their Steam account (operated by Valve Corporation and/or its affiliates). The Resource does not administer the User's Steam account and does not store personal data provided during Steam registration.

Access to the User's Account is granted via the Steam login and password. The login-password pair is the key of a simple electronic signature and allows actions taken by the User to be considered taken personally by them.

Ignorance of the offer terms or project rules does not release the User from liability and penalties.

In case of a game server IP address change, all products purchased by the User are transferred from the old server to the new one in full, possibly with compensation.

Before purchasing, the User must review the product's features in the shop. If such information is missing, the User must ask the project owner what the product is and what it offers.

If the User loses access to the account, receives a VAC ban or transfers the account to third parties, the Resource is not liable for services and does not refund products or donated funds.

The Resource has the right to revoke purchased privileges if the User behaves disrespectfully, violates rules and ignores warnings.

The User undertakes to follow this offer when donating funds to top up the personal account balance.

The Resource guarantees the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with applicable law.

At the User's request, the storage and processing of their personal data can be terminated by submitting a written request for profile deletion.

If the User is inactive for more than 1 calendar year or receives any type of ban on the Resource and/or on Steam, the Resource reserves the right to irreversibly delete all User data (statistics, active services, balance, etc.).

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the User and remains valid until terminated in accordance with its terms.

All disputes arising during the execution of this Agreement are resolved through negotiations.

All privileges are tied to the User's unique identifier (SteamID in any form) and are not subject to transfer between accounts, exchange between players, swap, refund, or transfer to another server.

In case of closure of the Resource/game server or its transfer to another owner, all available services are cancelled.

By registering on this Resource, the User officially consents to the storage and processing by the Resource of their personal data, both provided during registration and added during further use.

This Agreement is not final. The Resource may change its text at any time at its discretion without prior notice to the User. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the website.

The User agrees and acknowledges that changes to the Offer entail the same changes to the Agreement already concluded between the Resource and the User, and such changes take effect simultaneously with the changes to the Offer.
